Business and income results depend on many factors, including personal effort, skill, experience, communication ability, sales ability, leadership, customer activity, market demand, team development, consistency, available time, business expenses, economic conditions, competition, compliance, qualification requirements, product changes, and third-party platform changes.

Because these factors differ from person to person, no particular result should be considered typical or guaranteed.

AI Academy 1U may provide an Affiliate Program for eligible members. A standard member may be eligible for a referral reward, such as 10%, when the applicable transaction qualifies under the current Affiliate Program rules.

The existence of a Basic Bonus does not guarantee that a participant will qualify for or receive the bonus.

Qualified Business Partners may also become eligible for a MegaMax Bonus. Eligibility may depend on rank, organizational development, qualifying levels, performance requirements, compensation limits, and current program rules.

Not every Business Partner will qualify for MegaMax, and one participant's amount should not be interpreted as a typical or expected result for another participant.

Participation does not guarantee advancement from Insurance Consultant → Unit Manager → Field Manager → District Manager → Regional Director.

Some Business Partners may progress quickly, others slowly, and some may not advance beyond their current rank.

Approved Business Partners may participate as Independent Contractors. Independent Contractor status does not guarantee work, customers, commissions, or income.

Participation in the Business Partner Program should not be interpreted as a promise of employment. Independent Contractors are not guaranteed salary, hourly wages, employee benefits, minimum income, fixed working hours, or guaranteed assignments.

Participants should not say or imply statements such as:

• “You will definitely earn 30%.”
• “You will become a Regional Director.”
• “This program guarantees financial freedom.”
• “Everyone makes money with this program.”
• “You will earn a fixed amount every month.”

Earnings claims made through social media, videos, livestreams, websites, advertisements, presentations, private messages, or printed materials should be truthful and consistent with AI Academy 1U policies.
