AI Academy 1U may provide services including:

• YouTube channel marketplace opportunities
• Affiliate Program
• Business Partner Program
• Independent Contractor participation
• Internal wallet, payment and withdrawal functions
• Business bonuses and commissions
• Member support, tax and identity verification where required

You must be legally permitted to use the services offered through AI Academy 1U. Certain services may have additional eligibility requirements.

Some Business Partner, Independent Contractor, tax, wallet, withdrawal, or financial functions may be available only to users who meet applicable age requirements, have an active account, complete required verification, accept applicable agreements, provide required tax information, satisfy program qualifications, and comply with applicable laws and AI Academy 1U policies.

AI Academy 1U may refuse or restrict access to certain services when eligibility requirements are not met.

Some AI Academy 1U services require a registered account. When creating an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and current.

You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, use another person's identity without authorization, create accounts for fraudulent purposes, manipulate referral relationships, or create duplicate accounts to abuse promotions, rewards, or business compensation.

AI Academy 1U may review account activity and may suspend or restrict accounts associated with suspected abuse, fraud, misrepresentation, or violations of these Terms.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, including your password, transaction PIN, email access, authentication information, and account recovery information.

You should not share your password or transaction PIN with unauthorized persons. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact AI Academy 1U support as soon as possible.

AI Academy 1U provides an AI Library designed to help users learn and apply artificial intelligence tools. The AI Library may include AI platforms and tools, lessons, instructional videos, demonstrations, tutorials, educational resources, and multilingual content.

AI Academy 1U may add, modify, replace, reorganize, or remove AI Library content as technologies and educational materials change. AI Academy 1U does not control independent AI platforms.

AI Academy 1U may offer AI Library access at a price established by the company. The company slogan may state “Every AI Course Only $1.”

Where an AI Library membership is offered at $1 per month, that pricing applies only to the specific membership or service identified at the time of purchase. AI Academy 1U may introduce other products, subscriptions, courses, or membership levels with different prices.

VIP education may include YouTube channel development, monetization concepts, content creation, video production, audience development, digital marketing, blockchain education, and digital business skills.

Courses may teach channel creation, niche research, content planning, scripting, video production, thumbnails, titles, SEO, audience retention, analytics, monetization concepts, and AI-assisted content creation.

AI Academy 1U does not own or control YouTube. Users remain responsible for complying with YouTube's current policies, eligibility requirements, monetization rules, copyright policies, and platform features.

AI Academy 1U may teach strategies designed to help users develop YouTube channels with monetization as a potential goal.

• No guarantee of monetization approval
• No guarantee of subscriber or view counts
• No guarantee of advertising, sponsorship, affiliate revenue, channel growth, or profitability

YouTube alone determines whether a channel qualifies for its programs.

AI Academy 1U may provide opportunities involving YouTube channels with established subscriber audiences. Users are responsible for independently evaluating channel history, subscriber quality, audience activity, content history, strikes, copyright issues, monetization status, platform compliance, traffic sources, and existing restrictions before entering a transaction.

AI Academy 1U does not guarantee that a purchased or transferred channel will retain subscribers, monetization status, traffic, revenue, or eligibility after a transaction.

Blockchain education is intended for informational and educational purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AI Academy 1U does not provide investment, securities, tax, legal, or financial advice.

When you place an order through AI Academy 1U, you agree to provide accurate information and authorize the applicable payment. An order may include AI Library access, course access, digital products, YouTube channel products, membership products, or other eligible services.

A purchase is not considered fully completed until the platform records the applicable payment and order status.

Prices displayed on the website apply to the product or service identified at the time of purchase. AI Academy 1U may change prices for future transactions. Applicable taxes, payment processing costs, withdrawal fees, or other charges may be handled separately unless stated otherwise.

Available payment methods may include supported external payment processors, USD Wallet, and other options displayed during checkout. Availability may depend on product, country, account status, or transaction.

When you use a third-party payment provider, you may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy policies. AI Academy 1U is not responsible for outages, holds, delays, declines, account restrictions, or other actions taken independently by third-party payment processors.

AI Academy 1U may use payment statuses such as Pending, Paid, Failed, Cancelled, or other internal statuses. A product may not be delivered or activated until the applicable transaction reaches the required payment status.

Users should not repeatedly submit the same payment while an earlier attempt is still processing.

Where the Pay Other Order function is available, one user may be permitted to pay for another customer's eligible order. The payer is responsible for verifying the transaction before authorizing payment.

The purchased product or service may be assigned to the buyer identified in the transaction rather than the payer.

After successful payment, the platform may activate or grant the purchased product or service. Some products may be activated automatically; others may require additional processing.

If payment is successfully completed but the purchased product is not delivered, contact support with the relevant transaction information.

Course access may be time-limited, subscription-based, license-based, permanent, or subject to expiration. The specific terms associated with the purchased product determine the applicable access period.

Certain AI or course products may use license codes or assignment functionality. Unused licenses may be transferable only where the platform specifically permits transfer. Once a license has been activated or assigned, transfer rights may be restricted.

Unless otherwise stated, AI Academy 1U and its licensors retain ownership of course content, written materials, videos, graphics, website design, logos, branding, training systems, and proprietary educational materials. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

Without authorization, you may not copy entire courses, reproduce paid lessons, resell course materials, redistribute protected videos, publish proprietary training content, share restricted login access, bypass access controls, scrape protected materials, or create unauthorized copies of AI Academy 1U content.

AI Academy 1U may provide an Affiliate Program for eligible members. Under applicable program rules, members may receive referral rewards from qualifying activity.

A standard member referral reward may be 10% where that rate applies to the relevant transaction and current program. Not every transaction necessarily qualifies for a referral reward.

Affiliates may not make false claims, guarantee income, create misleading advertising, impersonate AI Academy 1U, use unauthorized trademarks, spam users, manipulate referrals, create false accounts, misrepresent product benefits, or misstate pricing.

AI Academy 1U may cancel or reverse rewards associated with fraud, abuse, invalid transactions, refunds, chargebacks, or policy violations where permitted.

Eligible users may apply to participate in the AI Academy 1U Business Partner Program. Participation may require meeting membership and qualification requirements, submitting an application, completing identity verification, accepting the Independent Contractor Agreement, providing required tax information, and receiving approval.

Approved Business Partners may participate as Independent Contractors. An Independent Contractor is not an employee of AI Academy 1U solely because of participation in the Business Partner Program.

Unless otherwise provided in a written agreement, Business Partners are generally responsible for their own business activities, expenses, taxes, marketing activities, and compliance with applicable law and AI Academy 1U policies.

AI Academy 1U may maintain a recognition structure that includes:

• Insurance Consultant (IC)
• Unit Manager (UM)
• Field Manager (FM)
• District Manager (DM)
• Regional Director (RD)

Rank progression is determined according to current qualification requirements and does not guarantee income, compensation, future rank retention, or business success.

Qualified Business Partners may become eligible for an Affiliate Bonus of up to 30%, depending on applicable rank, transaction, qualification, and compensation plan. “Up to 30%” does not mean every Business Partner or transaction earns 30%.

AI Academy 1U may provide a Basic Bonus for qualifying Business Partners. Eligibility may depend on Business Partner status, rank, qualifying activity, organizational activity, PV, Group PV, and current compensation rules.

Qualified Business Partners may also become eligible for a MegaMax Bonus. Eligibility may depend on rank, organizational structure, level qualification, performance conditions, applicable bonus limits, and current compensation rules.

Results vary and may depend on individual activity, team development, customer activity, qualification, market conditions, and compliance with company rules.

Users and Business Partners may not make false or misleading earnings claims. You may not tell prospective members that they are guaranteed to make money, recover their purchase price, achieve a particular rank, become financially independent, receive a certain bonus, or earn a fixed monthly income.

AI Academy 1U may use internal metrics such as PV, Group PV, personal activity, team activity, referral structure, and rank qualifications. These metrics do not represent cash, legal tender, securities, or guaranteed earnings unless specifically identified otherwise.

AI Academy 1U may provide an internal USD Wallet for eligible transactions, including certain purchases, rewards, bonuses, or withdrawals. The wallet is subject to account status, security controls, transaction limits, verification, and system rules.

AI Academy 1U may also maintain an RUSD wallet type. RUSD may have different permitted uses from USD Wallet funds and is not automatically withdrawable unless the platform specifically makes a withdrawal function available.

AI Academy 1U may use internal accounting, security, backup, verification, and transaction controls to help protect wallet balances.

Users may not manipulate wallet values, exploit software vulnerabilities, alter transaction data, bypass balance verification, create unauthorized credits, or perform fraudulent transfers.

Sensitive transactions may require a transaction PIN. Users are responsible for protecting their PIN. AI Academy 1U may require a PIN for withdrawals, gifts, wallet transactions, or other sensitive actions.

Eligible users may request withdrawals from eligible wallet balances. Available withdrawal methods may include USDT, Zelle, and U.S. bank transfer where made available by the platform. Certain methods may require Independent Contractor approval, tax verification, identity verification, or other qualifications.

Withdrawal fees may vary by method. The current fee applicable to a withdrawal should be displayed or otherwise made available before submission. A U.S. bank withdrawal may be offered with a 0% fee where that is the current platform configuration.

Where USDT withdrawal is available, users are responsible for providing the correct wallet address, correct blockchain network, and all other required information. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

AI Academy 1U is not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect wallet address, unsupported network, or incorrect destination information supplied by the user.

Where Zelle is available, users must provide accurate recipient information and confirm whether the destination Zelle account uses the email address or phone number entered.

Eligible users may request withdrawal to a U.S. bank account where supported. Users must provide accurate banking information. Additional verification may include Independent Contractor approval, U.S. person verification, tax information, and bank information.

Submitting a withdrawal request does not guarantee immediate payment. A request may be reviewed, delayed, rejected, cancelled, or returned for correction for security, fraud prevention, accounting, verification, or compliance purposes.

Business Partners, Independent Contractors, or other eligible users may be required to provide tax information. Users are responsible for providing accurate tax information. AI Academy 1U may require tax information before certain withdrawals or compensation functions become available.

AI Academy 1U may require identity verification for certain services, including review of legal name, date of birth, government-issued ID, document number, identification image, tax information, and other eligibility information.

Providing false or altered documentation may result in application rejection, account restriction, or termination.

Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable Refund Policy. Not all purchases are necessarily refundable. Digital products, activated licenses, completed services, transferred assets, or other products may be subject to special refund restrictions.

Users should contact AI Academy 1U support before initiating an unnecessary payment dispute where a transaction problem can reasonably be resolved through support.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in product suspension, account restriction, cancellation of rewards, investigation, or other appropriate action. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Users must use AI Academy 1U lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the platform to commit fraud, harass others, distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate payments, misrepresent identity, steal content, violate intellectual property rights, abuse referral systems, interfere with platform operations, or engage in unlawful activity.

AI Academy 1U may investigate suspicious activity, including duplicate accounts, unusual wallet activity, unauthorized transactions, referral manipulation, false identities, altered documents, repeated payment abuse, and system manipulation.

AI Academy 1U may temporarily restrict an account while an investigation is conducted.

AI Academy 1U may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary due to Terms violations, fraud, abuse, security concerns, unlawful conduct, payment fraud, identity misrepresentation, intellectual property violations, or misuse of the Business Partner Program.

AI Academy 1U may integrate with or link to YouTube, AI services, payment processors, blockchain networks, and external resources. Third parties operate independently, and AI Academy 1U is not responsible for their changes, outages, suspensions, policy decisions, or losses.

AI Academy 1U does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, internet failures, hosting issues, security events, third-party outages, or technical problems.

AI Academy 1U may improve or modify lessons, AI tools, courses, pricing, products, wallet features, withdrawal methods, program qualifications, compensation structures, and website design over time.

Material contractual rights already earned may remain subject to the rules that applied when they were earned, where required.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, AI Academy 1U content does not constitute individualized legal advice, investment advice, accounting advice, tax advice, or financial advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to their circumstances.

AI Academy 1U provides educational resources and business opportunities, but does not guarantee success. Business outcomes depend on factors beyond the company's control. You are responsible for evaluating whether a product, course, Affiliate Program, or Business Partner opportunity is appropriate for you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Academy 1U LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including lost profits, lost opportunities, third-party platform changes, YouTube policy decisions, blockchain errors, incorrect withdrawal addresses, account compromise, or business performance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, services may be provided on an “as available” basis. AI Academy 1U does not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free content, continued availability of every third-party tool, specific user results, or that all features will remain unchanged.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or liabilities arising from your unlawful conduct, misuse of the platform, violation of intellectual property rights, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms. This section does not apply where prohibited by law.

Use of AI Academy 1U is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how AI Academy 1U collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares personal information.

Business opportunities and compensation are also subject to the Earnings Disclaimer. No representation regarding Business Partner compensation should be interpreted as a guarantee of income or financial success.

Approved Business Partners may also be subject to a separate Independent Contractor Agreement. If there is a conflict between these general Terms and a specific provision of an executed Independent Contractor Agreement concerning the Business Partner relationship, the more specific agreement may control for that subject matter.

You may be permitted to accept agreements electronically through clicking an acceptance box, submitting an application, providing an electronic signature, or completing an online acceptance process. Electronic acceptance may have the same effect as a written signature where permitted by law.

AI Academy 1U may communicate with you electronically regarding account activity, purchases, course access, security, payments, withdrawals, Business Partner applications, policy updates, and customer support. You are responsible for maintaining current contact information.

These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of the United States and, where appropriate, the laws of the State of Georgia, subject to any mandatory laws that apply based on the user's location.

If a dispute arises, users are encouraged to contact AI Academy 1U first so the parties can attempt to resolve the matter informally. Any formal dispute process remains subject to applicable law and any additional agreement specifically accepted by the parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions should remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

If AI Academy 1U does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not necessarily mean the company permanently waives the right to enforce it later.

AI Academy 1U may update these Terms as services, technology, laws, business practices, or programs change. The updated Terms may be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Users should review these Terms periodically.

These Terms, together with applicable policies and agreements, may form part of the agreement between you and AI Academy 1U.
